PURCHASED THE WRONG PRODUCT:
If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, please let us know within a week of receipt. You can just send it back to us and we will ship out the right product to you as soon as we receive the original item purchased. We will require that you pay shipping on the replacement item.
DAMAGED/UNUSABLE MERCHANDISE:
If your product arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please let us know within 10 days of receipt, and we will replace the product or give you a full refund, all postage paid by Proven Choice.
If, within 10 days of receipt, the replacement product also proves unsatisfactory, then you can return the item to us and we will issue you a full refund of the original purchase price upon receipt of the returned product.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world via USPS Priority Mail/First Class (2 or 3 days). Optional insurance is $4.95. Express overnight shipping is $23.95. We provide same-day shipping on all orders placed before 5 p.m. EST.
PLEASE NOTE: Overnight orders placed after 5 p.m. will be shipped the next business day and delivered the day after. We automatically give a 50% discount on shipping costs for the second item on all combined orders. $4.95 shipping insurance is available.
